Billing and Subscriptions

Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data. By using LingoRelay, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

AI and Translation Disclaimer

Translation accuracy is not guaranteed. LingoRelay is not liable for errors, misunderstandings, or damages resulting from translated content.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

LingoRelay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
